Guidelines for Minors entering Boracay Island

Minors aged 12 to 17 years old must also prepare their VaxCertPH, or locally issued vaccination card with verifiable QR code, or a locally-issued vaccination card/ID.

In the absence of any of the three requirements mentioned above, they must obtain a negative RT-PCR test result (saliva, nasopharyngeal, or oropharyngeal) with the extraction date within 72 hours of the travel date.

Meanwhile, minors aged below 12 years old no longer need to present or submit any requirements mentioned above.

Furthermore, in both instances, all minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Submit the Requirements

After preparing all the necessary documents, submit them thru this email: [email protected] at least 12 hours before your departure to avoid any delays.  A QR code will then be issued to you via email after the validating team approves your documents.

Keep your digital or printed QR code with you all the time.

For tourists with concerns regarding the QR-Code, the Malay Tourism Office said you may refer to the Provincial Office of Aklan since the Malay Tourism Office and the 24/7 Boracay Tourist Info Hotline do not have access to the Validating Office of Aklan.
