1.) Employers will coordinate with PESO Malay indicating the names of their staff who will enter Malay. Employers should also include the schedule of operation of their business.
2.) PESO and the Licensing Office of LGU Malay should verify and profile all businesses and employees who will enter Malay.
3.) PESO will coordinate with the employers to provide them with certification from the Mayor’s Office. The issuance of the certification shall be subject to the approval of the Municipal Mayor.
Once approved by the Office of the Mayor:
4.) Employers should secure a CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE from the PUNONG BARANGAY of their destination in Malay.
5.) Employees should secure HEALTH CERTIFICATION from the Local Health Office of their origin.
REMINDER: Certification from the Mayor, Certificate of Acceptance from the Punong Barangay, and MHO Certification will be checked. No person shall be allowed to enter if they lack any of the three.
