Boracay, Philippines – IDP Education and Boracay Coco English Academy partner to open the first ever IELTS on Computer Lab in Boracay Island on March 23, 2024.

This partnership between IDP Education, the world-leader in international education and proud co-owner of the International English Language Testing System (IELTS), and Boracay Coco English Academy, a leading English language school on Boracay Island, aims to contribute to the Philippines’ prominence as one of the world’s English as Second Language (ESL) Learning Hub and IELTS testing site.

The new IELTS on Computer lab in Boracay is a state-of-the-art facility designed to elevate the ESL program and expand the reach of IELTS testing in the country. It will provide test takers with the convenience of taking the IELTS on computer with faster results delivery, and a more user-friendly testing experience.

IELTS on computer offers a convenient way of completing the Reading, Listening and Writing parts of the test using a computer, together with the Video Call Speaking (VCS) test with an IELTS examiner, allowing test takers to complete the entire test in only one day. Test takers can also enjoy faster release of test results in just three to five days and enjoy more testing schedules to choose from.
